If the records in your course don't match the enrollment information you have from your Virtual School (i.e. if you have extra or missing students in your course Online Gradebook), contact your Virtual School to verify enrollments.

If you have a student who should be enrolled but isn't, have your Virtual School check their enrollment records to ensure that the student was registered and enrolled in the correct course. If you have questions, please contact Customer Care.

You may have a System Administrator enrolled in your course as an apparent student - this can happen during user or course management or during troubleshooting. Contact Customer Care if you believe that to be the case.
