Class.com uses plugins to provide students with an interactive learning experience complete with video, audio, and other multimedia activities and exercises. These features are enabled through the use of plugins that, once installed, allow students and teachers to experience our course media directly from a web browser.

Class.com requires the following free plugins:

• Adobe Shockwave/Flash Player
• Apple QuickTime
• Java

Browsealoud (optional) can be downloaded for "text-to-speech" screen reading functionality. This allows your browser to read aloud any and all Class.com content as desired.

Spanish and ESL courses may also use Qualcomm's PureVoice application.

To install any of these plugins please visit support.class.com and click on the link of the plugin you would like to install. This will take you to the manufacturer's website where you can download the latest version of the plugin.

**Sometimes it may be necessary to uninstall a plugin before it can be reinstalled. In order to do this on a PC:

1. Go to the 'Start' menu on your taskbar and click:
• 'Start'
• 'Control Panel'
• 'Add or Remove Programs'


2. Select the plugin you would like to uninstall and click:
• 'Change/Remove'
• Follow the prompts to uninstall the plugin
• Reinstall the plugin if necessary
