Geometry

Geometry 1A
Geometry 1A, designed as the first semester of a middle- or high school math course, introduces students to geometry concepts, formulas, graphs, and equalities. Students construct geometric figures, and solve related proof problems. The course emphasizes applied problem-solving and inductive and deductive reasoning.

Geometry 1B
Geometry 1B is the second semester of a middle- or high school math course. Students continue their progression through geometric concepts, figures, and shapes, while studying similarity, area and volume, ratios and proportions, coordinate geometry, transformations, and vectors.
