Roots of Culture

Course Description: In this interactive web-based course, students become familiar with their own culture, and are introduced to cultures from around the world and from different periods in history. The course uses five Roots of Culture: Family, Land, Death, Identity, and Power to explore the similarities and differences in cultural roles in various times and places. Basic computer skills are recommended.
