Course Description: In this entry-level web-based protocol course, students learn valuable information and guidelines necessary to function in today's global and multiethnic environment. This course teaches students skills in cultural awareness, positive self-concept, leadership, and communication, which are essential to maintaining successful business and personal relationships. Basic computer skills are recommended.
