Android: Error “You Are Offline” When Launching Class

Issue: When users launch Class they can receive the error message “You are Offline. Please check your internet connection and try again.”

Workaround: The Google Workspace Administrator needs to confirm that users have access to the Google Play Store enabled so that Class can successfully connect. Installing the Class app without allowing Play Store access won’t allow the app to connect.
