Issue: Sometimes you may run into odd behaviors while using the Class app on your Android device. A step that you can take is to clear the Class app data and/or cache. This will reset the app to the state when you first downloaded it.
Go to your device settings app. This is usually represented by a gear icon.
In your settings app, click on Apps
Scroll down until you see the Class app and select it.
4. Select Storage. At the bottom of this page, you will see Clear Data and Clear Cache.
Select one or both of these options to reset the application.
Clearing the cache can potentially resolve issues you are having within the app
Clearing the data will delete any of the information saved in the app, including your login. Your classes will persist as those are tied to your account. Use this option if “Clear cache” does not resolve your problem.
*Note: Clear cache again before clearing data to ensure the app is properly reset
