Issue: When an instructor signs into Class, they are presented with a student homepage. The options to “Create a Class” and “Start Office Hours” are not present.
Log out and back into Class.
Confirm with your admin that you have been added to the Zoom teacher group and confirm you are using the same email account listed.
If your institution uses Zoom SAML response mapping rules, exclude the Class teacher group from these rules. Class: Users are automatically removed from the Class for Zoom Teachers group
Clear the Class cache and try logging in again.
