Mac: Security and Privacy

Functionality:

You are required to enable camera, microphone, and screen share to use Class. If you do not enable these settings, you will not be able to be heard, seen, or record a session.

To enable these settings in Big Sur do the following:

To enable screen sharing:

Navigate to your system preferences –> Security and Privacy –> Privacy –> Screen Recording –> Allow Class app to record the contents of your screen, even while using other apps.

To enable camera:

Navigate to your system preferences –> Security and Privacy –> Privacy –> Camera –> Allow Class app to access your camera.

To enable my microphone:

Navigate to your system preferences –> Security and Privacy –> Privacy –> Microphone –> Allow Class app to access your microphone.

To enable these settings in macOS Catalina you will receive a pop-up to enable these settings when you first try to do any of the following in Class.
