When attempting to download the Class application on a Mac, the below error message is appearing:
To bypass this error message, users will need to go into their Mac System preferences -> Security & Privacy -> General -> Allow apps downloaded from App Store and identified developers.
- If this setting is unable to be changed on a per-user basis due to device management software, please reach out to your IT to ensure this can be changed for all machines.
- The reason the notification is stating that our app is coming from an unidentified developer is that the option for app store apps was selected, which marks any other app as ‘unidentified’.
