Web App (Beta): How to Clear Your Cache

Issue:

Sometimes you may run into odd behaviors, such as UI inconsistencies or audio and visual features not working properly while using the Class Web App. You can try to clear the browser cache and reload the web page.

 

Workaround:

  1. Right-click inside the webpage that you’re using the Web App, and select inspect.

2. Right-click the Reload button and select Empty Cache and Hard Reload.

Please note: If you are on an employer or institution-managed device, please be aware that “Inspect Element” might not be available to you. If that is the case, we ask that you contact your IT Administrator directly to resolve the issue.
