How to Create a Survey

1.

To create a survey, go into a classroom and select Teaching Tools. Underneath teaching tools, select Survey. A new window will open. Select Create New.

Another window will open where you can create a new survey. You can update the survey question and the description. Within the description, you can add links, pictures, and/or a video recording of yourself providing context for the survey.

You can toggle the due date along with the privacy of the results. Auto number questions can be enabled and showing participant names with their answers.

Scroll back to the top and select questions. Add the questions for your survey. You can add more options by selecting ‘add an option’. Once ready, select Save on the bottom right of the page.

Once saved, select Launch, and this will appear in the attendee’s view.

Once launched, users will get a survey tab in the classroom and be prompted to submit answers to the survey.

Once the survey is submitted, users will see live survey results.

8.

Select the three dots to edit, review, duplicate or delete the survey.

9.

You will receive a message confirming you would like to delete the survey. Select cancel or delete.

10.

Once on the survey editing page, select Reset Launch Status after editing any part of the survey. You will now be able to launch the survey to the class again.
