Issue: You receive an error message when creating a new Class.
- If your organization has passcode restrictions, this may prevent the class from creating successfully. You can change your organization’s passcode requirements or manually create acceptable ones. You can also create a class without changing the passcode from the Class auto-generated one.
- Make sure that all Class configuration options are selected:
- Class Name
- Organization Name
- Start and end Time
- Day(s) of the Week
- Start and end Date
- Log out and log back in if you are stuck on a loading screen while creating a class.
