Effective March 1, 2023, Class has implemented a minimum version requirement for organizations using our downloaded suite of applications on Windows, MacOS, and iPad. The policy was implemented to reduce variations in the end user experience and enhance Class’s ability to support the end user with bug fixes and product enhancements.

The policy requires end users to use a version that is within 4 months of the latest version but does not require users to update with every product release. When using a version that is outside of the upgrade window, end users will be notified and prompted to join Class sessions via the web-based experience.
