Issue/Functionality:

Users accessing Class LTI using the Agilix Buzz LMS will receive Error Code: 1019 if they have the following privacy settings enabled in their user profile:

• Hide my email address from external (LTI) websites
• Hide my name from external (LTI) websites

To resolve the error code, users must disable these privacy settings in their Buzz profile.  Please review the following Buzz articles on changing user settings for students and teachers.
