Functionality: Sometimes troubleshooting discovery will require users to provide the Class Product Support Team with device specifications. The steps below document this process.

Process:

  1. Click the button in the upper left-hand corner of your monitor to open the system menu.

  2. Click About This Mac, and take a screenshot.
