If you are unable to join a class by entering in the Meeting ID/ Password, this could be due to an administrative setting on the Zoom side. There is an authentication option that can be enabled that requires users to be logged into a Zoom account or have the same email domain to join a session.

To successfully join Classes with this security setting:

Sign into Class and join via the class schedule or

Refer back to the Class email invite and join by selecting “Launch in Class”
