Sometimes Class users will see an error message when authenticating Class or an error referencing an SDK Helper.
The Zoom administrator for the user’s account can enable the Zoom SDK Helper app via the Zoom Marketplace to resolve the issue.
Sign in to App Marketplace as an admin or owner.
Open the Zoom SDK Helper App here
Enable the app for the organization.
The app may not be found or searchable in the Zoom marketplace. Contact your Zoom support representative if you have difficulty locating it. Or, visit your Managed Apps tab to see if it is already enabled.
