Overview of Class for Web
Class for Web is a web-based version of Class available for the Google Chrome browser. Built on the Zoom Web SDK, Class for Web allows instructors and participants to join Class with no installation of additional software required. This makes joining Class particularly easy for learners and participants who come “in and out” of classes and training regularly.
Class for Web is primarily recommended for learners and participants, from elementary school students who don’t know how to install applications to corporate employees who are not allowed to install anything on their company-provided devices.
Class advises instructors/facilitators to use the client (desktop) app for leading Class sessions. The desktop experience still provides more functionality, particularly for instructors.
