Functionality:

PowerPoint for Windows and macOS in an individual window instead of fullscreen mode. Changing PowerPoint’s display mode to a window can help avoid issues with the Class controls and gallery view from disappearing when presenting your presentation.

1. Under Slide Show in the menu bar, select the Set Up Slide Show button.

2. In the Set Up Show menu, change the show type from Presented by a speaker (full screen) to Browsed by an individual (window). Select OK to save the changes.

3. Open the Class app and share the PowerPoint display.

4. The display will be shared in a window and the Class sidebar and user gallery will be visible.

Now, the user can use the mouse or arrow keys to navigate through their presentation.
