Breakout rooms:

• Improved Breakout Room title styling to display above the podium by default
• Improved Breakout Room alert styling to be more readable and usable
• Improved Breakout Room flows when instructor allows participants to choose: a pop-over message displays above the breakout room icon alerting students that they may choose rooms
• Improved Breakout Room flows when Assign Auto / Manually has been selected. If participants select ‘not now’, they’re alerted that they may join their BO room later via pop-ove

Included below are the fixes that were made to address known issues or to improve the overall stability of the product.

Breakout rooms:

• Fixed a bug where students are automatically sent to breakout rooms when the instructors allows them to choose their room

General:

• Additional USB cameras are not always detected
• Certain devices on Android 11 may not be able to screen-share with more secure apps in the background (ex: banking applications)

Breakout rooms:

• Automatic assignment:
  • Chromebook students do not always send screenshots in the All Breakout Room tab to instructors
  • Chats sent by Chromebook students are not seen by all users
