Release Notes

Below are the high-priority bug fixes included in this release:

• Resolved an issue where the Class attendance tool intermittently fails to record leave time for participants when the Class session ends before users leave
• Resolved an issue where host/co-host labels disappear when Breakout Rooms are launched
• Resolved an issue that was preventing the Class LTI tool from loading within an institution’s learning management system

In addition, this release addresses issues several bugs that were identified internally at Class and have now been resolved in the latest version. These issues include:

• Improved performance for usernames that include special characters, specifically apostrophes
• Improved performance of the sidebar in Breakout Rooms

• In some cases, Mute all and clear reactions button in sidebar don’t work in demo class

• Breakout Rooms are not sorted numerically

• Course sessions can overlap the same date/time with LTI

• Sidebar and gallery reactions are inconsistent

• “Delete” available for courses created by other instructors, but not available for own courses

• Chats missing from Breakout, but available in “All Messages”

• User in Warsaw Poland having issue scheduling class session for next day

  No messaging in Class app for underpowered computers trying to use background images

• Whiteboard Copy to clipboard as PNG does not work

• Whiteboard Actions > Copy only works one time on an object

• More than one of the same Whiteboard image (PNG) does not persist when switching between whiteboard pages
