Overview
This release is part of a series of updates that will be made available on a weekly basis through August to ensure that you, your instructors and staff, and your learners have a successful fall with Class.
Bug Fixes
Below are the high-priority bug fixes included in this release
- Addressed several issues where Proctor View begins to lag in sessions with a large number of users
- Addressed an issue where Recordings are paused when an instructor or assistant leaves the session
- Fixed a bug where multiple class sessions could not be deleted from the Edit Class screen
- Addressed several issues related to course files
- Addressed an issue where participants were not able to join via zoom even though the “Allow participants to join in Zoom” option is enabled
Known Issues
Breakout rooms
- Instructor is not able to see the chat thread for a breakout room after joining and leaving it
- Intermittent issues with the “more” button in breakout rooms being unresponsive on the sidebar
- Issue where the Host/Co-Host labels in the Participant list disappear when breakout rooms are launched
Screen recording
- Local recordings are only stored in the default location: C:Users<username>DocumentsZoom
General use
- Installing Class invalidates the Zoom SSO token, users navigating to their organizations zoom.us domain will be required to log in again
