Note: Managers can view reports for all sessions. To learn more, see Session attendance reports for managers.

Session attendance report

Attention: This report uses the user’s local computer time zone.

The Session attendance report provides an overview of when attendees joined and left sessions. It also gives you an idea of how long attendees were present in the session on average.

Note: All attendees are counted. It doesn’t matter if they join from a browser or the phone.

If your sessions are used more than once, there is a report for each time it was used.

Select View report to see the full report. See when each participant joined and left the session. With this knowledge, check in with individual participants to see if they were having any technical issues or need a quick review of what was presented and discussed.

Tip: If a user’s First Join and Last Leave time state “Not Available”, the user attempted to join the Collaborate session and was unable to fully connect. Please refer the user to https://support.class.com/s/article/Collaborate-home-networking-troubleshooting-tips for further troubleshooting

Download poll results

Moderators, instructors, and administrators can download a session’s Poll report. This report includes the poll question and how each attendee responded.

After you leave the session, open the Session options menu and select View reports.

  • If an attendee gets disconnected, poll answers will be saved in the report.
  • If the poll question or options is updated by the moderator, the poll report will include the update, and will not include the old version.

Export and print reports

Download a printable version of the full report.

  1. Find the report you want to download and select View report.
    • Select Printable and print the page.
Tip: The printable version of the report includes all participants for the date range selected. If you filter your report by user and select Printable, the printable version still shows all users.
    • Select Export to CSV to export the report.
Tip: iPhone and iPad users should have Microsoft Excel installed on their device to view the report properly.
