Windows: White Screen When Opening App

Issue: Some devices do not come with Edge WebView installed so our installer attempts to install it. If the WebView did not install due to our installer not having permissions to the AppData folder, you will need to download the WebView runtime and install it manually.

Workaround: Go to and download the Evergreen Standalone Installer

Notes: We recommend users download the x86 installer as Class is 32-bit
