Issue/Functionality:
Sometimes a user’s video may flicker and behave abnormally during a Class session due to a bug in the Zoom SDK.
Workaround for Windows:
- While in a live Class session, navigate to Settings.
- Under the Video tab, deselect the option to Optimize video quality with de-noise.
Workaround for Mac:
- Navigate to Class Preferences by selecting Class from the menu bar.
- Under the Video tab, deselect the option to Optimize video quality with de-noise.
