Functionality:
Camera and microphone settings are automatically enabled by default in Windows. If this is blocked by IT, you will need to reach out to your IT admins to enable these settings.
You can always confirm these settings by doing the following:
To enable camera:
Navigate to your Settings → Privacy → Camera → Allow desktop apps to access your camera.
To enable microphone:
Navigate to your Settings → Privacy → Microphone → Allow desktop apps to access your microphone.
