Welcome to Roll Call, a series where we’ll introduce members of the Class team from around the world. Class is made up of diverse, authentic, caring, and humble people who all have one thing in common; they want to change the way the world learns!
This week, we’re excited to introduce you to Emilia Kruszewska, an Account Executive- Education UK&I, based out of London, UK.

Get to know Emilia a little more!
Q: What has been your proudest moment working at Class?
I was super excited to join Class and support our mission to change the way the world learns. Meeting the whole Class team in Vegas helped me realize I’m a part of a bigger initiative which is paramount to every Classy team member.
Q: What book or movie have you recently read/seen and why would you recommend it?
I’m currently reading ‘Invisible Women’ by Caroline Criado-Perez. It’s packed with plenty of examples and extensive research about the gender data gap and how women, who make up about 50% of the world’s population, are left out of just about everything.
It is such an important book and I wish more people would read it. Personally, I had no idea of the severity of the gender data gap and its impact on our lives and future.
Q: If you could give a piece of advice to your younger self, what would it be?
Be curious, awkward, authentic, and just be yourself. Don’t let other people change who you are or what you believe in.
Q: How can companies build an inclusive culture?
I believe that companies should prioritize the need for diverse teams and leadership and ensure all employees are aware of their importance to the organization.
Q: How do you celebrate Pride month?
For me, Pride is the whole year-round. You can find me at different LGTBQ+ family-friendly events in and out of London. And I can’t wait to partake in Pride in London on 2nd July, it’s spectacular each and every year.
