This week, we’re excited to introduce you to Gressy Cuadra, Executive Assistant to the CEO/Field Marketing Associate, based out of Washington DC.

Q: Why do you love working at Class?
I love working at Class for the culture more than anything. I’ve never been at a company where I can be 100% myself and that has a lot to do with my department and manager as well. I mean, I truly feel like I’m talking to my family. It just feels so close. I can feel people care. Everyone cares about each other. We would never let each other fall. And I love being a part of a company that is changing the way the world learns!
Q: What advice would you give to future Classmates?
The number one piece of advice I would give to a new or future classmate… It’s fast-paced. So just remember we are building something amazing and things move so fast so be ready to adapt!
Q: What did you want to be when you grew up?
That’s always such a tough question. I honestly, truly, didn’t know, nor did I have any idea what I wanted to be because growing up I wasn’t really surrounded by that if that makes sense. I wasn’t educated on the different jobs and different fields that we have. My dad worked in construction my whole life. So I didn’t know what I wanted to be but I knew I wanted more for my parents.
Q: If you could give a piece of advice to your younger self, what would it be?
Don’t take life too seriously!
Q: Before working at Class, what was the most unusual or interesting job you’ve ever had?
I’ve worked many many jobs over the years from food service to gyms, to doctor offices, and even as a full-time nanny! The most interesting thing has been working on boats! I took my hospitality skills and my love for the water and turned them into one of my passions! I’ve seen sides of the Potomac River that I never even knew existed and learned people skills that I now carry into my everyday life!
