Facilitate Whole Group Instruction Virtually Using Class

Whole group instruction can be used to introduce new concepts, practice content, facilitate group discussions and address students’ misconceptions.

During whole-group virtual instruction, the goal is to engage all students in standards-based instruction; they should all be listening, sharing their thoughts, and practicing. This method is excellent for:

  • Lecture
  • Class discussions
  • Guided practice or modeling
