Founder and CEO Michael Chasen experienced firsthand the shortcomings of video conferencing technology during the pandemic as he helped his three children through their remote instruction. Chasen, who also co-founded and served as the CEO of Blackboard, is widely recognized for his leadership and achievements in educational technology.
